A future without fish? is the title of the CNN article, which in reality makes no sense. Fish farming is becoming more of a source than fish caugh in oceans and lakes and can be done in an environmentally sound manner.
While it is going to affect the ecology of the oceans and the lakes, which should be the issue addressed rather than the plates of Americans, fish as a food source will continue.
