This certainly was not good news from the UN, they are reporting that complaints concerning cybersquatting has increased 25% since last year. It also raises the question on the process that the World Intellectual Property Organization uses to determine who should own the domain and if it truly is "cybersquatting" versus a person who wants to have a site for other reasons, such as a satire/parody site. As the news article points out, in 84% of the cases the WPO has sided with the company filing the complaint...
