It has risen!

No, not someone from the dead but for money watchers it could be almost as important. This morning's news reports that the dollar made a rebound from last week's dismal numbers. The Federal Reserve is meeting later this week but from all reports very few expect them to do anything but hold the line at this point. Even with concerns over subprime, it's not expected that will be enough for the Federal Reserve to act.
