Maybe I am just being paranoid, however, the strange activity at a neighbor's house has begun to concern me. They are the people I've blogged about before who play very loud music with pretty vulgar lyrics to the point one time I had to ask them to turn it down. They also have two pit bulls which supposedly isn't allowed but the one time the Dog Warden did show up "mysteriously" they only had one dog. They don't watch the dogs and at times they run lose, which makes me worry about our small dog in either walking her or letting her out in our fenced in back yard since she seems to think she's tough and I'm sure those dogs could jump the fence.
In addition to all of that, cars come to their house and don't stay long. Today I noticed a car with several "thuggy" looking boys that had to be in their late teens who were waiting outside of the house. When the man who lives their arrived, they only stayed a few moments then left. I'm thinking drugs...so I started taking photographs of the cars that show up, yes, I'm being careful in doing this from an upstairs window so I'm not obvious about it. I hope I'm wrong but it's hard to figure out any other reason that many cars would stop by and not stay for more than a few minutes...

Your suspicious are almost certainly correct. Be very careful. Report what you have seen to the authorities. Demand action.
Thanks Lynn, I know someone on the Police Force and I was thinking of talking to them to ask for advice. You are right, I shouldn't wait.
There's nothing more annoying then leaving an environment like that behind just to find out that it resides right next door.
let's get them out.
