Someone watched Zorro too many times...

The visual that this story created was entertaining, yes probably because I've also watched Zorro too many times, in Hilton Head, SC:

A man toting a 3-foot sword apparently met his match when he broke into his ex-girlfriend's apartment: The woman's roommate grabbed a sword of his own and sliced the intruder, police said.

The roommate, a sword collector, fended off the ex-boyfriend, who was cut on the arm, police said.

Engarde! Take that! And that! No! She is mine I say Mine!

Thankfully they were not also fans of Monty Python or it could have gotten much worse, especially if the ex-boyfriend believed he was the Black Knight...
