I have several friends who could almost say are addicted to their Blackberry's to the point of a few being called "Crackberries". After reading the news about the BlackBerry service going down, I hope they survived withdrawl. Seriously though, tech issues are a part of our society, it'd be great to think a service failure will never happen but unfortunately even the best services at times go down.
Sides, if all of the services worked 100%, imagine the job losses in tech fields...
