Consumer outlook called "hazy"

Despite promising numbers for March, it's being predicted that the Consumer Outlook for the next month or so could be "hazy" mainly due to the increase in fuel prices (35 cents in one day here) and concerns about higher interest rates. It should also be pointed out that less than promising job numbers are also creating some of the concerns related to consumer outlook and confidence reports.
