The never ending bedroom decor change...

One of the challenges of having five children has been to live thru their various "stages" where everything, clothes, hair and even bedding styles change. When my older four were all at that stage I at least stood a chance of what one had to have because it was sooooo "fetch" would be considered the same by one of the others when that teen thought it was no longer cool to have that once wanted now "horrid" design in their room. Now, that my youngest is going thru a similar changed from a cute frilly pink (and I mean very pink) room to now entering a wanna be emo stage, the search for teen bedding is on. Having already put the brakes on her newfound desire to have the walls painted black, reading this article sub titled, Is your Teen girl more Marilyn Manson than Marilyn Monroe? made me feel as if I am not alone in this challenge. Some of the suggestions offered gave me a few ideas on how to make her happy and create something I can handle seeing when the bedroom door is open...
