Oil drops at market but not at pumps...
Despite today's news that oil has dropped almost three dollars to $61.51 a barrel, prices at the pump in most areas, including my own, have been increasing. We had a 35 cent per gallon surge in one day and other news reports state that gas prices have been on the rise for ten weeks straight. One of the most frustrating things as a consumer is knowing that the price of gas at the pump seems to fluctuate based on events that really had no bearing on the price of the gas that was actually refined and delivered to the local gas station....
