So...the concert you want to attend is sold out...

It happens, it's happened to me more than once where I wanted to see someone in concert and locally the tickets were sold out. Then you may think your only option is to hunt down the nearest ticket scalper and pay a lot more...However...Sometimes it's possible to find concert tickets online. They will normally be more than what you would have paid at the box office but less than what you would normally pay if you show up at the concert hoping to buy tickets outside and at least you are guaranteed to have them in hand.
