The A to Z on Menopause...

I'll be honest and admit that I'm getting up there in age and I have started paying attention to menopause symptoms. Take as an example this particular article on menopause entitled, "Menopause Memory Problems – Nature Not Insanity". It made me feel better, as this has been something I have been experiencing, while some of you would debate my level of insanity (smile), I discovered what this could really mean. I felt as if I was not alone, and that is one of the driving reasons behind the creation of Menopause A to Z, it is to share information on all issues including alternative menopause treatments. I've bookmarked the site, and I hope you do too.
