Alexander Ponosov re-tried and found guilty...

Earlier the charges against Russian Principal Alexander Ponosov were thrown out. Prosecutor's got their appeal for a re-trial and this time, Alexander Ponosov was found guilty and was fined $195.00 for using bootleg Microsoft software. It had already been established that he was not aware what he was doing was illegal, that the computers came with the software on them. Yet, that didn't appear to matter in the end...
