Digg....digging into trouble or digging it...

Interesting article on the recent rebellion that many of us witnessed on Digg in relation to breaking locks on high-definition DVDs. Honestly I can see Digg's desire to try to stay within the law and while I understand those who are concerned about not having freedom...the law is the law and if you don't like one you should work to change it rather than to ignore it. What if someone on Digg wanted to post information on how to make a bomb? It's hard to decide where to draw the line between what is acceptable to put on a user contribution type website but making Digg go under seems to be a Pyhrric moment...
