The other day I had a phone moment that made me realize it might be time to start looking at some of the other cell phone plans out there, especially those that offered a free cell phone. My 18 year old sent me a text message, normally this is just a situation where I read what she has written and that's the end of it. Yet, this time she wanted a response...I don't use text messaging so I tried to send a message, yet with my old phone the options were not really clear as to how I was even supposed to reply. I tried, I really did but all I sent was some garbled mess. After getting back a message from her that stated, "WHAT?", it dawned on her what the problem was as evidenced by the next text she sent me, "LMAO, I think you said yes but you don't know how to text message do you?". I sent the only response I knew I could handle..."x x x".
