World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz broke bank rules

Those of us who have followed this case will find it no surprise that World Bank President Paul Wolfowitz broke bank rules in his handling of the 2005 promotion and pay raise of bank employee Shaha Riza, who was involved in a relationship with Wolfowitz.

The report was not made public, but the person familiar with its findings confirmed that violations were cited but did not provide any details. World Bank has been expecting this and earlier it was felt that Wolfowitz might step down but he stated publicly at the time he had no plans to resign. Will that change? Depends on the end result when this is all released...
