Gadgets I didn't know existed...

One of the fun things about the internet is cruising around searching for sites then learning about things you did not even know existed. Take a pulse oximeter as an example. Prior to reading about it, I didn't know that's what they were called or that they were available for sale. Every day I learn something new, whether I'll need it again is of course a question but you never know, it could be some winning quiz question someday...
