Voting on Siesta

Believe it or not 8 million voters in Hungary will get the chance to approve "Do you agree that the Parliament of the Republic of Hungary should make a law about introducing the siesta?". I'm guessing this is to make up for a committee earlier struck down a referendum proposal about making beer free in restaurants, saying it would have distorted the market. So no free beer but perhaps a nap.
