Savvy money makers or scalpers?

I've been watching some of the ire of parents when it came to the Hannah Montana tickets, it would be frustrating to try to buy tickets only to discover they had all been snapped up then more than tripled in price. The problem lies with the way the system can be skewed and it's not as if this is something new. If the stars really want it to be done differently, they are the ones who could force this to be changed...
