We don't date anymore...

Today's Sweetest Day, which while not a holiday I celebrate since it's more of a marketing ploy than a real "holiday", yesterday it dawned on my husband and I as we were getting ready to attend a wedding reception for two awesome friends of ours, it had been quite some time since we dressed up and went out as a couple.

The picture doesn't show how happy we were (mainly because it was a huge chore to get my youngest to take the picture for us, you would have thought we were asking for some herculean task) but we did have a nice time last night and while there were quite a few people I knew from my political world there, I tried to be more of a "wife" than a "political blogger" last night.
