MySpace experimenting leads to household complaints

While the news focuses on MySpace trying to filter unauthorized video and music, my household of teenage MySpace users has been complaining about the service since some of the recent "upgrades". MySpace has always been known for being slow and lagging but the speed continues to be an even larger issue as well as errors, and not saving log in information on a home computer which creates them having to sign on over and over again. When teenagers get to the point where they get frustrated with the service and walk away? That's when MySpace should start to pay attention and if my household is any indication?
