Please don't use the counter...

One of my pet peeves with teenagers and the kitchen is when I catch them not using a cutting board. Thru the years I've had various trials and tribulations of buying several kinds I either didn't like or were not NSF approved. (National Sanitary Foundation which for me is very important especially when you are using a cutting board for more than one purpose.)
