Carolina area in the top 100 list

As I was reading the below mentioned post on the top 100 places to start a business, I did notice that there were several towns North Carolina that were listed. It does seem that both North and South Carolina are not experiencing some of the same problems we are here in the Great Lakes region. One way of judging this is to look at the Wilmington real estate market; they seem to be doing better than our area when it comes to the number of homes being sold.
