There is only one advantage that I've found to having an abscessed tooth, or two like I have right now. You'd never have to worry about what or where to buy diet pills since eating is almost an impossibility. Beyond liquids and even that can not work out so well of the liquid is too cold or too hot. Just a few moments ago a piece of ice got too close to the one tooth...Not even pain pills kill that pain.
It's the dental diet...

Just like me, they long to be acnefree...
The line from the song, "Close to you" popped into my head when I saw the word acnefree...probably silly but then at times that happens when you see a word and a song either with that word or one that rhymes just pops into your head and there it is. At times stuck until you think of another song...Which at this point hasn't happened, I'm still wondering why birds suddenly appear every time you walk near...

Mr. Know-It-All gives good advice...
I enjoy reading Wired's Mr. Know-It-All column, I especially enjoyed this week's in particular this one related to babies:
I recently posted a photo on Facebook of my 4-month-old son taking a bath. My mom flipped; she said I was creating child porn. Is she overly paranoid?
Sounds like your mother has seen one too many episodes of To Catch a Predator. The legal test is for the depiction of "sexually explicit conduct" (including "lascivious exhibition" of genitalia). Neither the Feds nor Facebook care about a cute bath-time picture of your own kid. And it means a lot if Facebook is cool with it, because the company is notoriously prim—it has been known to delete images of breastfeeding. "We've carved out an exception in our policy to allow photos of infants posted by parents or other family members," says Simon Axten, a Facebook spokesperson.
Mom also needs to understand that Facebook can actually be more private than a beach or park—the photos can be viewed only by trusted friends, assuming you have the appropriate privacy settings. (You do, right?) Unless she has a blanket objection to her grandson appearing naked in public, including during emergency diaper changes, her anti-Facebook logic doesn't hold water.

How media can impact real life
True story, we went to go to the pet store earlier to pick up some shampoo for our one dog who has skin issues, I was impatient to get to the store and get back home because I had work to do. My husband after saying he was ready after finding out we were going to the pet store went to change his shirt. I thought this was odd until he told me it was because he was wearing his Michael Vick jersey and he didn't want to wear it out in public...

Really, I'm not joking...Wienermobile crashes into home in Wisconsin...
I can just imagine the jokes, thankfully no one was hurt.

AFLAC duck makes oddly enough
This made me laugh:
They tried shooting that commercial in Hungary, and the duck did his AFLAC! thing near a line of riot police.
And?
Turns out the cops weren’t discussing insurance. They were talking about dinner, and Hungarian cuisine relies heavily on ducks and geese. You do the math.
Is any of this true?
No, but it’s like that saying, ”If:it looks like a duck and walks like a duck and quacks like a duck…then let’s roast it in sauerkraut and caraway seeds and eat it!”
It also made me look for the first commercial by AFLAC using the duck...

I eyed the abandoned piece of furniture...
The people who were renting a house one door down from me moved this past week, they decided to leave a wicker loveseat out at the curb, and I could see it here from my bedroom window and I thought about going over and asking them if I could have it, but it was a cold and windy day and I did not want to leave the comfort zone of my pj's and fuzzy socks to venture outside. Just a few hours later? I looked outside and it was gone, which I guess the moral of the story when it comes to wanting outdoor furniture is to either purchase your own or to be a bit braver in wanting to face the elements.

Saturday was better than Tuesday...
I'm a bit less obsessive now that a few days have passed, but it has been a very enlightening experience for me to have learned how much caffeine and nicotine impact my mind and my body. You hear it, you read it, but you really don't believe it until you actually remove both from your life. It's been rough but? I have saved at least $40.00 so far when you consider the various caffeine sources and nicotine.

Another reason to quit smoking...
Another reason to keep in the back of your mind as to why you should quit smoking (Yes, why I should) is that most people don't realize that getting a smokers life insurance costs more than for a good majority of the non-smokers out there. Though I have discovered that even thinking about not smoking or thinking about quitting smoking? Makes me want to light one up...Somehow I have a feeling it's not supposed to work that way.

Drug names...I wonder...
Wouldn't it be nice for there to actually be some kind of a hint contained in a drug name to be able to have a clue as to what it was for? Especially when you see advertisements for a product, you know it has to be something medically related because it "sounds" like a drug. Take Leptitrex as an example, there's no clue in the name what it might be, it's a fat burner and while the name is medical sounding? It doesn't require a prescription.
