Halloween costume hints...

Sometimes you'll get a hint from a Halloween Invitation as to what your hosts will be dressed up as or as to exactly what type of a party it's going to be from Halloween Invitations. So you don't end up with a room full of witches, it's a good idea to drop hints in Halloween Party Invitations unless of course your Invitation Halloween theme would be to have more than a coven full. I recommend checking out Invitations-Shoppe (http://www.invitations-shoppe.com) because they will print and ship your order the same day it is approved and they will modify any card ThankYou design or color as requested. Which means if your theme is purple people eaters? The card can match...

Preparation key to best fright night

It may start with picking out the perfect Halloween Invitations but the party invitations Halloween perfection relies on planning if you want to really give party goers more of a fright than a scary Halloween invitation. Even something as simple as dry ice for fog can be hard to find in some parts of the country and has to be ordered in advance. If you don't take advantage of some of the free Halloween invitations out there, consider Holiday-Invitations (http://www.holiday-invitations.com) you can view your card before you buy with their patented instant preview feature, make unlimited changes at no additional cost and proof will be emailed to you within one hour on business days.

New twist on it's raining it's pouring...

What caught my attention with this Baby Shower Invitation was a) it is raining outside right now and b) it's a creative take on the older rhyme about raining. It also shows you that there are a large number of free baby shower invitations or printable baby shower invitations out there. No matter what type you find, if you visit Cards-411 (http://www.cards-411.com) you can view your invitations baby shower card before you buy with their patented instant preview feature. They'll also print and ship your order the same day it's approved...

My theory on why babies are cute...

I have a theory that part of the reason why a baby shower and babies are cute is because it makes most women of child bearing age either want their first or consider having another baby after experiencing the Invitations Baby Shower event. A baby shower invitation creates shopping for baby items, oohing and ahhing over the small booties, or that perfect baby dress. A baby shower invites creates sharing those moments that evoke feelings of motherhood that can be hard to resist. CardsShoppe (http://www.cardsshoppe.com) will put a picture or photo of your favorite mother or any other image or logo to any card on their site. They'll also email proof within one hour on a business day and let you make unlimited changes at no additional cost.

I always wonder...what if the ultrasound is wrong...

I can't help wonder at times when I see baby invitations that suggest the gender of the baby is known, how many times those end up being wrong. I know ultrasounds have gotten much more reliable since my baby shower invitations days but they aren't always right. I can't help imagine the parent who has put on their baby shower invitation it's a girl, then be surprised when it's a boy. I know of several situations when the gender was predicted and mom and dad were surprised that the invitation baby theme didn't match the end result. No matter what design you pick, or if you have one specially made for you, Cards-411 (http://www.cards-411.com) will modify any card thankyou design or color you request. Even if you want to pick yellow or green, just in case you aren't sure what gender your baby will be.

The history of tree lighting ceremonies

A popular theme on Christmas Invitations is tree lighting, which made me wonder about the history of the most well known tree lighting ceremony that most people won't receive Christmas Party Invitations for, at the White House. Those who are lucky enough to have access to that invitation Christmas Party may discover that since 1913 it's been happening with it now being more than just one tree, but one large tree and one for every state and US territory...No matter what type of theme you are looking for this next invitation Christmas season, Invitations Shoppe (www.invitations-shoppe.com) will let you make unlimited changes at no additional cost and you will receive your final proof within one hour on business days. They'll also print and ship your order the same day you approve it. Which gives you more time to figure out how many lights you need this year...

Christmas Wreaths...

This Christmas Invitation made me think about the history of Christmas wreaths that are seen during the invitations Christmas season. It's believed that wreaths worn from the early times in Persia called "diadems" ended up being posted on the wall to keep as a memento and then from there spread to being part of the party Christmas invitation themes as well as on our doors. When you order your Christmas party invitation from Invitations Shoppe (www.invitations-shoppe.com) they will modify any card thank you design or color as requested and they will also print and ship your order the same day it is approved.

Halloween is the one season where...

Halloween is the one season when you can get away with sending out a Halloween Invitation that makes threats as to what could happen if you send your regrets, like this card, "Regrets only by October 24th only if you have the courage to decline, but we can't vouch that we won't fetch you by sending a lion." Can you think of another holiday besides the Invitation Halloween season when you can say something like that or "if you dare" without people wondering what you are thinking? There are a good number of Halloween Party Invitations offered by places like Cards Shoppe that carry a similar cute saying when it comes to sending regrets that you are not going to attend. If some of us were to get our way when it comes to having a Monty Python Day we could then see invitations that stated if you didn't come we'd turn you into a newt...but until then? Most of the creative language when it comes to regrets will take place on Halloween Invitations, which adds to the charm of Halloween marketing...

I don't like Spiders and Snakes...

When I saw this particular Halloween Invitation I couldn't help thinking about that song by Jim Croche, "I don't like spiders and snakes," yes I know there are no snakes but there are spiders. Then I thought about spiders and marketing, when it comes to Halloween, spiders are a big part of the marketing from the Invitation Halloween themes on sites like Cards Shoppe, to the actual party props. You can buy spiders in a variety of sizes to decorate more than your Halloween Party Invitations, they come in rings, on cups, etc. You can even dress up as a spider, though that is a bit more of a difficult costume to try to make on your own, unless of course you dress up as Spiderman. Yet so many people are afraid of spiders, except on this holiday. It's an interesting thing to ponder, how the love/fear factor can relate to marketing something as simple as spiders. All inspired by some recent research into Halloween Invitations...

It was dreary and cold and I started thinking about....Halloween

Originally today I planned to watch one of my granddaughters and be able to let her swim in our small pool and perhaps walk down to the park. Instead? It was rainy and almost cold compared to the day before, Halloween Invitations came to mind as we played dress up. Okay, she played dress up, I assisted. We aren't really into the whole invitations Halloween or otherwise, though we are really into Halloween. After being inspired by looking at some of the Halloween Party Invitations online, at Cards Shoppe, we then turned to one of her other favorite activities, coloring. It's probably just a tiny bit early to be teaching her how to draw ghosts and jack-o-lanterns, since she's not even two, but I'd easily be able to pass off some of her drawings today as preparation for a Halloween Invitation. Last year she really didn't grasp the concept of Halloween, this year since she will be two, I think she'll catch on to it, she understands candy is pretty tasty...
