When I saw this particular
Halloween Invitation I couldn't help thinking about that song by Jim Croche, "I don't like spiders and snakes," yes I know there are no snakes but there are spiders. Then I thought about spiders and marketing, when it comes to Halloween, spiders are a big part of the marketing from the Invitation Halloween themes on sites like Cards Shoppe, to the actual party props. You can buy spiders in a variety of sizes to decorate more than your Halloween Party Invitations, they come in rings, on cups, etc. You can even dress up as a spider, though that is a bit more of a difficult costume to try to make on your own, unless of course you dress up as Spiderman. Yet so many people are afraid of spiders, except on this holiday. It's an interesting thing to ponder, how the love/fear factor can relate to marketing something as simple as spiders. All inspired by some recent research into Halloween Invitations...
