Drug names...I wonder...

Wouldn't it be nice for there to actually be some kind of a hint contained in a drug name to be able to have a clue as to what it was for? Especially when you see advertisements for a product, you know it has to be something medically related because it "sounds" like a drug. Take Leptitrex as an example, there's no clue in the name what it might be, it's a fat burner and while the name is medical sounding? It doesn't require a prescription.
