Many people wonder how I can maintain my level of patience when it comes to how I handle the at times stressful world of political blogging at my local blog that at times things get heated on. It's thanks to my learning years ago about meditation and yoga. A nice Yoga Mat is not necessary but it does make it much easier, especially for me since we have hardwood floors.
