We already learned the "no raise" scenario...

We already had this happen this year, no raises. With the increased health care premiums we are actually earning less spendable income than we did three years ago. It's not much consolation to know you are not alone, however it does point out the long term economic issues many households are facing. It's not the increase in costs alone, it's the decrease in income added to the increased costs.
