Spring means a focus on weight loss...

It happens every year, after bundling up in layers of clothing, when the weather starts to get warm, swimsuits start to appear in magazines and in stores and women start to search for diets that work before they head out to the beach or the pool. Statistics show that more people join fitness clubs and gyms in the spring than any other time of the year (with the exception of early January when they make their New Year's resolutions). A bit later in Spring the visits to tanning salons begin by some so that they look as if they have spent more time outside those first few poolside days than they really have.
