First Craigslist now Village Voice

A side note since the Craiglist saga related to adult services was something that we've focused on here. Now a former child prostitute is suing Village Voice because it's being claimed that they should have been aware something illegal was going on and that the victim was a minor.

“Defendant had a strong suspicion that the aforementioned crimes were being committed,” reads the complaint. “Defendant had a desire that these posters accomplished their nefarious illegal prostitution activities so that the posters would return to the website and pay for more posting.”
