Still trying to keep that resolution?

Millions make New Year Resolutions to lose weight, almost a month into the first month of the new year, many also start to drop out of the visits to the new gym or using that new exercise equipment they bought for home. Some look for other ways such as websites that say click here for weight loss pills -- some continue on and meet their goals. Experts say the easiest way to meet goals for dropping pounds and being more fit is to develop a realistic schedule and to have an exercise/weight loss buddy.
