Personally I head for a cup of coffee or a glass of diet pepsi when I'm feeling as if I'm running out of energy (or I realize I forgot to eat) but the latest discussion for many seems to be should they take energy pills or down an energy drink.
My advice? If you are watching calories, you might want to take note of the amount of sugar and calories some of the energy drinks on the market contain, as well as what the serving size is supposed to be.
