Gas has dropped but milk has not...

It did not take long for some grocery store items, such as milk to dramatically increase in price when the price of gas went up. This was attributed to the delivery cost and other factors related to fuel prices. What's been interesting is that gas prices have dropped, dramatically, but the prices of food items such as milk that increased? Have not dropped in an equal comparison to what they were previously.
