Live video of oil spill shows nothing...

From time to time I've visited CNN and watched the live video of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. A few moments ago, it appeared as if there were no oil spill, the video showed no stream of oil as had been the case every other time I've visited. Since it's not being reported anywhere that the spill has been contained - on CNN or elsewhere, it raises questions as to why the video doesn't show plumes of oil.
