Chase goes down

It couldn't happen to a nicer company Chase online systems were down due to unspecified tech issues. They financed one of my daughter's car loans, when her car was totaled, they were really jerky about the whole insurance mess and tried to make her have to pay the difference in what the value of the car was versus what she owed. Which is not uncommon, however, the problem was they wanted to conveniently forget she paid an additional charge for gap service. They claimed she didn't -- thankfully I keep everything...
